Executive Coaching. I work in collaboration with key organizational stakeholders and the client to outline concrete goals and desired results for the coaching relationship.  I then create a unique and customized growth path for clients. At the foundation of executive and leadership coaching, I facilitate conversations, which enable clients to gain new insights, craft and practice new approaches, perspectives and actions to be more successful and fulfilled. navigate office politics, enhance executive presence, build a stronger team, and/or get more effective at managing time, I support clients in changing operating assumptions, practicing new behaviors and enhancing their work relationships.

I am certified in MBTI, the FIRO-B and the Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks 360 feedback tool, and can facilitate this process for clients who would benefit.
