Whatever your goal(s) in your career and life, I will partner with you to understand your specific goals and desired way of working so that you can achieve greater clarity, make progress and have greater meaning and satisfaction in your life.  Based on what it is you want, I look to create a holistic learning and development experience for you, meaning I will ask you to read relevant articles or books, reflect through tools, assessments and worksheets, and take on experiments and assignments to stretch yourself in desired ways.

Coaching Process

Coaching works best when the client makes a 3-month commitment to working together. That being said, each person’s goals and situation are unique. I work with each person to determine the right duration for the coaching relationship.

Coaching sessions are one hour. I believe that coaching over the phone is equally effective to in-person sessions. I work with each client to determine whether we will conduct phone vs. in person sessions.  Typically, I structure the coaching relationship so that there are three sessions in a month; this is very intentional.  This number of sessions provides a nice rhythm of ongoing support, while also allowing for a breather week as well.

My philosophy on coaching is that coaching conversations are just one aspect of the coaching relationship. What happens before and after a coaching conversation are significant aspects of the relationship. I enjoy working with clients in a holistic and comprehensive way, meaning that I provide follow-up for each session; this consists of high level themes from the session, as well as specific agreed upon “requests” from our discussion. In addition, I send follow-on reading material and encouragement, as I see fit. Finally, I welcome contact me via email or phone for support or counsel between sessions.
